How to order

We currently accept orders via online and by phone. Please see "Payment Info" for accepted payments.

For California Residents Only: A valid California Sellers Permit (resale license number) is required before an order can be processed or shipped out. Please contact customer service for further information.

Minimum or Sample Order
We do not have a minimum dollar amount on our stock orders, we only require that you purchase the minimum required pieces per item. We do not offer sample orders.
Internet Ordering
Placing your order online is very easy, fast and safe. Tashaapparel.com uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) data encryption technology to protect against loss, misuse, or alteration of your information, so ordering from Tashaapparel.com is the safe, worry-free experience shopping online should be.

International Orders
International orders have to be placed online. We ship to worldwide except some restricted countries imposed by the U.S. Government such as Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Afghanistan, Angola, Rwanda, and Syria. Invoices do not include duties or other taxes.

Requesting a Catalog

We do not offer any printed catalog because we update our inventory with new merchandise on a daily basis.

Pending Orders
If your order is received and no payment has been applied towards your order, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone. Your order will be put on hold and you will have 3 days, starting with the date your order was placed, to pay for your pending order. If payment is not made by the 3rd day your order will be canceled without notice.

Canceled Orders
If you have placed your order and payment has been applied; your payment will not be refunded. Payment for canceled orders will only be given as store credit.
